PRIVACY POLICY

1. Data Minimization & Secure Enclaves

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED operates under a strict computational alignment charter. We do not gather personal profiles for bulk monetization or marketing surveillance. Any inputs processed through our multi-agent middleware, LLMOps testbeds, or cognitive vector storage pipelines remain isolated inside encrypted sandboxes.

2. Processing & Third-Party APIs

For testing interfaces, data parsing is conducted on server-side proxies using approved enterprise endpoints of established cloud providers. No customer-authored inputs or files are persisted in training matrices without active, explicit written consent. A current list of sub-processors is available on request at solutions@skopaq.com.

3. Regulated and Clinical Data

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED holds no SOC 2 attestation and makes no claim of HIPAA certification or compliance. Where an engagement involves clinical or otherwise regulated data, the handling, retention and anonymisation requirements are agreed in writing before any data is processed.

4. The Site Assistant

This site has an assistant that answers questions about our published work. What you type into it is sent to a Cloudflare Workers AI model to generate a reply, and is processed to answer that message.

Conversations are not stored by default. A transcript is retained only when you choose to carry a conversation into the contact form and submit it: the form shows you that the conversation is attached, tells you how many messages it contains, and lets you remove it before sending. Nothing about a conversation reaches our database unless you press send on that form.

A retained transcript is stored alongside the brief it accompanied, in Cloudflare D1, and is deleted with it on request.

5. Your Security Controls

You have the right to request a complete purge of your local contact brief logs and data parameters at any moment. Contact us directly at solutions@skopaq.com to execute instant database deletion commands. A deletion request covers any conversation transcript stored with a brief.
