ACCESSIBILITY

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

1. Our target

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED aims for skopaq.com to meet WCAG 2.2 at Level AA. We do not claim conformance: no external audit has been commissioned. This statement says what is in place, what we know falls short, and how to tell us about a barrier.

2. What is in place

  • Every control is a real button or link, reachable with the keyboard, with a visible focus state.
  • A skip link to the main content at the top of every page.
  • The navigation menu traps focus while open, closes on Escape, and returns focus to the button that opened it.
  • Reduced-motion preferences are honoured: the opening curtain fades instead of sliding, background loops and the particle canvas do not run, and the diagrams render still.
  • Light, dark and system themes, with every accent colour in the light theme measured for contrast against its ground.
  • Interface sounds can be muted from the header, and the choice is remembered.
  • Artwork carries alt text that describes it; no generated image carries text, so every label is real text a screen reader can read.
  • Case-study pages and the contact form work without JavaScript for reading; the contact form requires it to send.

3. Known gaps

  • The site has been checked with keyboard navigation and automated checks in a Chromium browser during development. It has not yet been tested by a screen-reader user, and we will not describe it as screen-reader tested until it has.
  • The full-bleed panels on the home page are dark surfaces in both themes by design, so their text contrast is fixed rather than following the theme.
  • The decorative background canvas and film grain have no switch of their own; they follow the reduced-motion preference only.
  • The contact form uses a third-party verification widget whose accessibility is outside our control.

4. Reporting a barrier

If something on this site is hard or impossible to use with your assistive technology, write to solutions@skopaq.com with “Accessibility” in the subject line. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser and assistive technology you use. A person reads it, and a real barrier is treated as a defect, not a request.
