WHAT THE PRODUCTS REFUSE

1. Advisory, not autonomous

SKOPAQ AI products draft; people act. VELA turns a telemetry deviation into a root-cause account and a drafted recovery procedure, and an operator executes every step — nothing it produces commands a spacecraft. The same posture holds across the products: an agent may propose, repair a test selector, or route a request, but a decision that changes the state of the world is taken by the person who answers for it.

A claim that cannot be traced to a source is not softened or hedged; it is discarded, and an honest refusal is served instead. This is enforced by the system, not by a disclaimer.

The method, in six layers

2. Your data

The products read what they are pointed at — telemetry and sensor streams, documentation and operations records, codebases and running applications — and nothing else. Agents reach data only through a typed tool bus, which is enforced statically; there is no path that bypasses it.

Agents rehearse on synthetic reference sets. No synthetic data is ever presented as a real mission, and no real data is invented.

Whether any data from an engagement may be used to improve a model is a written term of that engagement, agreed before it starts. It is never a default and it is not decided on this page.

For this website itself — the contact form and the assistant — the Privacy Policy sets out what is stored, for how long, and with which sub-processors, named in full.

3. Where it runs

VELA runs in the cloud or fully air-gapped, by configuration — an air-gapped deployment is a setting, not a different product. Routera runs on your own provider keys, at zero markup, so the model calls it routes are yours.

This website is served by Cloudflare Workers and stores what it stores in Cloudflare D1; there is no other server-side path. Routera keeps customer provider keys in Google Secret Manager and routes to Google Vertex AI among other providers, so its control plane runs on Google Cloud. Naming a platform here is a statement of where a thing runs, not of a partnership: none of these companies endorses SKOPAQ AI, and no logo appears on this site.

4. Models and providers

The products use models from more than one provider and are not tied to any of them. Argus’s engine is built on Anthropic’s Claude models, which its public source says. Routera routes across Google Vertex AI (including Gemini), Anthropic, OpenAI and DeepSeek, with OpenRouter as fallback, on the customer’s own keys. The imagery and video on this site were generated with Google’s Gemini and Veo models and carry no text, so every label you read is real text. No provider is a partner, and no provider’s name on this site is an endorsement in either direction.

VELA is deterministic: identical inputs produce an identical investigation, so a result can be replayed and checked rather than taken on trust.

5. Audit and replay

Every step of a VELA investigation appends to an audit log that is never rewritten. An investigation can be replayed from its inputs and compared against a golden output. This is what makes a root-cause account defensible under review rather than merely plausible.

6. Security

How to report a vulnerability, what is in scope, and the safe-harbour terms are on the Security page and in the machine-readable policy at /.well-known/security.txt.

SKOPAQ AI PRIVATE LIMITED holds no SOC 2 attestation, no ISO 27001 certification, and makes no claim of HIPAA certification or compliance. Where an engagement needs a security review, we answer it directly.

7. What we do not claim

  • No certification or attestation that is not in clause 6.
  • No benchmark score. VELA targets the investigation gap the ESA-ADB benchmark identified; it has not yet been run against that benchmark, and no score exists.
  • No client name, logo, quote or testimonial without that client’s written consent. One client engagement is published, with consent; there are no others.
  • No figure — an accuracy, a saving, a percentage — that we cannot show you the source of.
  • No availability commitment. The products are monitored and repair what they can; there is no published SLA, on-call rota or 24/7 support offering.

8. Asking us

Security questionnaires, data-processing agreements and architecture reviews go to solutions@skopaq.com. They are read by a person and answered directly; we do not publish a response-time target, because a target we might miss is worse than an answer that arrives.
