BUILD SYSTEMS THAT show their work

SKOPAQ is an early-stage deep-tech company in Hyderabad, incorporated in July 2026. We build agent systems for operations where being wrong is expensive — starting with anomaly investigation for satellite operators.

Open roles

Nothing is open right now

We are not running an open hiring process today, and we would rather say so than keep a page of listings warm. If that changes, the roles appear here first.

Write anyway if the work below is what you want to be doing. A short note that says what you have built and what you would want to own here is read properly — a generic application is not, by either of us.

How we work

Four things that are true of every day here

The spec comes first

Intent, schemas and boundaries are written and approved before implementation starts. An agent that is asked to infer the requirement will invent one.

Agents do the work, gates decide if it ships

Specialised agents run against sandboxed worktrees over a typed tool bus. What reaches main is decided by tests, static guards and a deterministic merge pipeline — not by whether the diff looked reasonable.

A claim that cannot be checked does not ship

This applies to the products and to the site you are reading. Where we cannot substantiate something, it is absent, and there is usually a comment in the source saying why.

Small surface, deliberately

Seven runtime dependencies on this site; hand-rolled where a library would have been quicker. We would rather own the code than inherit its maintenance.

What to send

Email solutions@skopaq.com with “Careers” in the subject line. There is no application form and no tracking system to log into.

  • Something you built that you can show us — source, a URL, or a paper.
  • What you would want to own here, in one paragraph.
  • Where you are, and whether you can work from Hyderabad or need to be remote.
